Best Football Defense Is.....
Football is a game of inches and every in inch in defending you side of the ball counts. one of the best defensive in my opinion is a 3-4-4 Defense. a 3-4-4 defense stands for 3 defensive line man. These are your big guys their main job is to take on as many blocks as they can and not lose ground. They take up as many so the first set of 4 the linebackers have alley ways to get into the backfield and tackle the running back or quarter back. the last set of four is the secondary which consist of safeties and cornerbacks. this defense is interchangeable and cover from side to side extremely well. when i start coaching this is the defense my team will be running so watch out.

I really enjoy watching football, but do not always understand it. I usually have to ask a guy in the room what is going on. This post gave me a little more of an idea as to what some of the plays are called. I can now impress people by knowing waht 3-4-4 defense is! Thanks for making this clear and understanding, the short clips help a lot. If I knew more about football, I might have an arguement as to why a different type of defense is the best, but for now, I will take your word for it.
